Negotiations at the United Nations level require an alignment of the interests of multiple stakeholders. This requires the ability to understand the various intercultural factors that may impact the negotiation process.
Prof. Kasia Jagodzinska, International Consultant for the Schranner Negotiation Institute and Senior Adviser for the UN in Geneva, will explain the cultural differences between European counterparts and provide insights on how to bring them together at the negotiation table. She will present the UNiversal principles and a framework for building trust and long-lasting partnerships.
