Being based in Dubai for the past 5 years, Leanne has led the charge with business expansion, by setting up trade associations in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. She joined the Schranner Negotiation Institute in 2020 as Director of our Dubai office driving business growth, market awareness and to grow the negotiation community.

Leanne has over 10 years experience in communications, and developing training and professional development courses. She is passionate about providing clients with the best solutions to respond to regional and business challenges, to increase team performance in a variety of industries.
