Alissa is the director of the Qualified Negotiator® program, delivering sophisticated training solutions to our corporate and institutional clients with the focus of strengthening their core negotiation capabilities at the negotiating table.

Alissa has a proven track record in client relationship management and international experience in the research and philanthropic sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin, Germany.
