Noel joined the Schranner Negotiation Institute in 2022. In her role, she is jointly responsible for the negotiation consulting process and works closely with our global clients to support them in their most difficult negotiations.

During her studies, she already focused intensively on difficult negotiations and holds a Master’s degree in Management and Information Technology. Noel brings several years of experience from the politics and business sector.
