Friederike Hoffmann

Friederike Hoffmann has been in charge of the Connectivity Services unit for Swisscom Business Customers since June 2019. As Executive Vice President, she is part of the executive management team of Swisscom Business Customers.

She and her team are responsible for core B2B telecommunications business and establish the digitalisation basis for business customers in Switzerland through Swisscom’s Connectivity Services. She is also responsible for the ongoing development of business processes as well as the search for new growth areas. For this purpose, she is advancing the monetisation of 5G, IoT as well as strategic partner management in the national and international environment.

Friederike supports the Swisscom Climate Award for sustainable digitalisation and assists start-ups and entrepreneurs in Switzerland.
