FRANCY GRUBENMANN

Francy joined the Schranner Negotiation Institute in 2021. She is responsible for the Qualified Negotiator® InHouse program, delivering sophisticated training solutions to our corporate and institutional clients with the focus of strengthening their core negotiation capabilities at the frontline.

Francy started her career in the Swiss Banking and International Wealth Management sector, gaining extensive experience in the training of front units for sustainable business growth. She has a proven background in client relationship management and organizational learning & development.
