DR. URSULA SCHÜTZE-KREILKAMP

Dr. Ursula Schütze-Kreilkamp, a doctor of medicine, psychotherapist and coach, is currently Head of Human Resources for Group Executives at the Chairman of the Board of Management of Deutsche Bahn AG, where she is responsible for the support and development of top executives. Her department also ensures the quality of appointments in this area. To this end, it has developed special internal diagnostics that include specially trained internal panels are part of this process.
She is also a founding member of the RHAP state training institute for psychologists and physicians.
In addition, she holds various supervisory board positions and is a practice lecturer at the Technical University of Munich.
