ANDREW KOHLRIESER
Andrew is a former Congressional policy advisor and legislative correspondent, having spent more than half a decade on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. He most recently served a Senior Member of Congress and former Chairman of the House Financial Services Sub-Committee. While there, Andrew was responsible for and oversaw various issue areas for the Congressman, including the international affairs, government oversight, and small business portfolios. Since the beginning of the Trump Administration, he has directly engaged with America’s top political figures as well as fiscal, legal, and monetary policymakers, both in the U.S. Congress and beyond.
With his high expertise in complex, multi-party negotiations, Andrew is trainer at the Schranner Negotiation Institute for the Qualified Negotiator Program®.
Andrew is the C.E.O of the Kohlrieser Leadership Institute, which promotes the Secure-Base Leadership principles developed by Distinguished Prof. George Kohlrieser.
